The view from our room was spectacular, with breathtaking scenes of tea plantations and waterfalls. the room had air con and was very comfortable. the location was perfect for exploring the area around the hotel.
The service was quite bad. the staff didn't seem interested in providing us with a good experience, and it showed in their lackluster customer service and poor response to our requests.

Nice view of a waterfall nearby, and the pool was refreshing on a hot day. Location is relatively easy to find as it's close to a main road, and parking is available.
Not worth the high price for the old facilities, uncomfortable bed, and mediocre food. Staff seemed indifferent to our needs and didn't offer any recommendations or information about the area.
